My dry rack ALWAYS has something on it. At the moment it’s full (and I’m using space at my parents house too. I’ve been busy making my Fall/Winter soaps. I’m starting to get ready for the fall. I love it when the craft fairs start up. Don’t get me wrong. I love the farmer’s markets too. It’s so fun to see repeat customers each week, talk with them…
Craft fairs are much busier and don’t usually allow me the time to talk as much, but what they do do is bring in new customers and the move inside! By the time October comes around I’ve been outside putting up a tent 2, 3, sometimes 4 times a week since May and I’m so ready to ditch the tent! You don’t want to arm wrestle with me – it’s quite the workout the loading, unloading and setting up (let me tell you!).
Anyway, back to my dry rack. This is a picture taken two weeks ago. It’s now full. Dreading the day when the soaps are ready to package. This the stack of 250+ pages of labels that all need to but cut (then put on all the soaps). It’s all part of the presentation. It must be done. And once it is I then get to offer the new soaps to everyone! The best part!
